  • i was a kid when the show appeared as well and i remember watching it and liking it and after i saw the movie i wanted to see the series again coz i didn’t remember anything from it and now i’m obsessed with it @-) i looove it!

  • im also new to the X-Files world! its i think last jan. of 08 i was trying to find a mysterious theme, which was from the X-Files, but i didn’t know back then co’z i heard it when i was a little kid, probably it was 97, and i was trying to find it on yt, then i found it and it was titled “THE X-FILES THEME” i listened to it, and it gave me goosebumps! after that, i googled X-Files and found out that a new movie was going to be out i was like “WHAT?” then i bought the series and stuff!

  • Its true the movie did create a whole new generation of fans. I was never really into it mostly because i was only a little kid when it was first on the tv. However since i saw the trailer for the new movie i’ve started watching the series and now its one of my favourite programmes. I hope if they make another movie after this they will bring back Agent Doggett and Reyes. It will be so cool seeing them all together again!

  • It’s interesting how many people on youtube have starting watching the series because of the movie. But if the franchise gets more viewers ( and potential Mulder and Scully shippers/Doggett and Reyes shipperrs etc) then more power to ‘em.

    HAHAh Im on season 4 and it just keeps getting better and better with every episode.

    PS: the beyond the sea was my favorite to.. so far, I have also “lost” my father in a way and I can relate to that story line. ….maybe not the whole story line, but parts.

    I’m so glad this new movie has gained more X files fan’s thats good!! I’ve been a fan since prob i fink it was 1995 or 1996 not 100% sure on that one as had a bad few years round 1996 as i lost my Dad and i was watching The X Files re-run “beyond the sea” where Scully Dad died & It just got me hooked!

  • You know I never have seen an x file episode and i saw like a small scene of the x files i want to believe so now i am like hooked…

    I have recently started watching all the episodes but im only on like season 2… and it’s amazing!!

    I believe that this movie gained this series alot more audience .

    It’s great and I hope they make another movie…They do have great on screen chemistry!! :)

  • They’re so great! And yes, that woman’s voice is amazingly annoying! Why do they all have to be so fake sounding? I’m from Australia and our hosts don’t talk to us as if we’re children! Oooo… sorry! Got a bit passionate there! :)
